Privacy Policy

Hit the Deck is built so your data never leaves your phone. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no servers. Here is the complete picture:
What we collect
Nothing. Hit the Deck has no backend. Your workout history, streaks, achievements, custom decks, and settings are stored only on your device (and in your personal iCloud backup if you back up your phone).
Apple Health
If you grant permission, completed workouts are saved to Apple Health on your device so they count toward your rings and fitness records. This data goes only into your Health app, under Apple's Health privacy protections. We never see it, transmit it, or store it anywhere else. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Camera
The optional victory selfie uses your camera only when you tap the selfie button after finishing a deck. Photos are composed into a share card on-device and handed to the iOS share sheet — they are never uploaded by the app. Deny camera access and everything else works fine.
Purchases
The one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and store no purchase information beyond the on-device StoreKit entitlement Apple provides.
Third parties
There are none. No third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, no crash reporters.
Children
Hit the Deck collects no data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.
