Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

Prime is processed entirely on your device and synced only through your own private iCloud — never to our servers, never to anyone else. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Here is the complete picture:

What we collect

Nothing. Prime has no backend and no servers of its own. Your readiness scores, baselines, forecasts, goals, and journal are computed on your device and stored in your private iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit), so they sync across your devices and survive a new phone. That data lives in your personal iCloud account, end-to-end encryptable with Advanced Data Protection — we never see it, and it is never shared with anyone.

Apple Health

Prime reads health data — sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, wrist temperature, respiratory rate, workouts, and similar metrics — from Apple HealthKit, with your permission, to compute your daily readiness score. All of that processing happens on your device. Prime never uploads your Apple Health data anywhere — those raw readings stay in Apple Health; only the Prime data derived from them syncs through your own private iCloud, as described above. Nothing is ever sold or shared with third parties. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health, and you choose exactly which metrics Prime may read when you first set it up.

Apple Watch

The Prime watch app and its complications receive your score and state from your iPhone over Apple's encrypted device-to-device connection. Nothing goes through any server of ours — we don't have one.

On-device AI

Prime’s plain-language explanations are generated on your iPhone by Apple’s built-in Foundation Models. Your health data is the input to that model, and it stays on the device — nothing is sent to us, to Apple, or to any cloud service to produce the text. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, Prime falls back to hand-written guidance; either way, no data leaves your phone.

Third parties

There are none. No third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, no crash reporters.
